I/We hereby make application for membership in the German Shepherd Dog Club of Greater Raleigh, and agree to be governed by its constitution and by-laws in all club matters. If accepted I/we also agree to pay annual dues of $20/individual or $25/couple. Junior membership is $1 for children of members.
